Options
The option is a derivative that gives a buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an underlying asset (currency, indices, stocks, commodities, etc.) at a specified price (exercise price) on a specified future date (expiry of the option). Moreover, the buyer pays a premium to the seller of the option.
